EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Juliana LoBiondo began her career as a Trial Attorney with the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, where she represented indigent persons who were accused of crimes, as well as persons involved in Family Court matters. Since leaving the Legal Aid Society in 1993, Juliana has developed a DIVORCE, FAMILY LAW, CORPORATE, AND COMMERCIAL LAW practice. Juliana is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and the United States District Court, Southern District of New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section and the New York State Bar Association. She is a former President of the Mid Hudson Women’s Bar Association (1997-1998) and former President-Elect of the Dutchess County Bar Association (2004-2005). She served on the Executive Board of the Dutchess County Bar Association for nine years and has served on the Dutchess County Bar Association Grievance Committee since 1998.
Juliana LoBiondo has vast experience with all manner of Divorce issues, including complex DIVORCE matters such as valuation of closely held corporations and valuation of professional licenses and personal attainments; She handles CUSTODY and FAMILY Law matters of all nature, including custody determinations, relocation, modification of custody, and intrastate and Hague Convention (international) custody litigation; Juliana is one of the few local attorneys listed with the United States State Department as qualified to handle Hague Convention cases and has been recognized by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for her pro bono work representing parents and children who have been the victims of international kidnapping.
Juliana LoBiondo has extensive experience handling DIVORCE issues specific to representation of high net worth individuals, such as distribution of stock options and protection and detection of marital assets, both domestic and abroad;
We also handle more Family Court matters, as well as Separation agreements, Pre-nuptial agreements, and Post-nuptial agreements.
