2007: Bronx County, amount 1.15 million dollars for an 81 year old woman who fell off an examination table, resulting in serious injuries leading to her death 10 months later.

2006: Kings County, amount $850,000.00 for pain and suffering and loss of chance of cure for failure to diagnose colon cancer in 58 year old man.

2006: Orange County, amount $700,000 for pain and suffering and loss of chance of cure for failure to diagnose prostate cancer in 59 year old man

2006: Bronx County, amount $1.15 million for medical malpractice for pain and suffering for and failure to diagnose pernicious anemia and allowing development and progression of pressure ulcers in 54 year old woman.
